2002 Brazilian World Cup Winner Edmilson visits Embassy of Brazil and Football Association of Singapore

2002 Brazilian World Cup Winner Edmilson visited the Embassy of Brazil in Singapore and Football Association of Singapore on the 2nd of October 2017, in this third day of visit to Singapore.

Edmilson had an engaging discussion with The Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil: His Excellency Flávio Soares Damico and Albirex Niigata Singapore Chairman: Mr. Daisuke Korenaga, where they discussed about the experience of Edmilson’s first visit to Singapore and the various Albirex outreach program he had attended in Singapore as well as his successful career with FC Barcelona and the Brazil national team.

After the visit at the Embassy of Brazil in Singapore, Edmilson went down to the Football Association of Singapore, where he met with President of the Football Association of Singapore - Mr. Lim Kia Tong. The two had a fruitful conversation on the development of Singapore football, in particular the Youth football in Singapore. Mr. Lim Kia Tong presented Edmilson with a Singapore National Jersey at the end of his visit.
