About Women's team 

Founded in 2022, Albirex Niigata FC (S) Women's Team is a proud contender in the Women's Premier League, the top division of Singapore's women's football. In our first year, we achieved an impressive second-place finish. The 2023 season saw us continuing to strive for the championship, building on our initial success.

Our training schedule in 2023 was well-structured, with three sessions a week, including a day dedicated to gym training. Our official matches were typically held on weekends, either Saturday or Sunday.

Looking ahead to the 2024 season, we are excited to welcome Kana Kitahara, a former Japanese women's national team player and last year's league MVP. Kana will be taking on a dual role as both player and head coach. Her experience and leadership are expected to be great assets as we aim for the championship title this season.
