Albirex battled to a hard-fought goalless draw against the Young Lions under the evening lights at the Jurong East Stadium. Despite dominating possession and creating promising opportunities, the White Swans were unable to break through a resilient Young Lions defence.



The game saw Albirex dictating much of the tempo, with incisive passing and creative play in the final third. However, the Young Lions goalkeeper put on an inspired performance, thwarting attempts from our attacking lineup. On the other end, the Albirex defence remained solid, successfully nullifying the Young Lions’ counterattacking threats.



While the match ended without goals, it highlighted Albirex’s unwavering discipline and commitment on the pitch. Head Coach will undoubtedly take positives from the team’s performance, though attention will now turn to refining the finishing touch ahead of the next fixture.





Honours remain even at Jurong East, and Albirex look forward to bouncing back stronger in the coming challenges.
